Meet the Manager at Rob Roy
Kirkintilloch Rob Roy supporters have been invited to a Meet The Manager Evening at Adamslie Park tomorrow night, Wednesday 17th July.
The session will begin at 8.30pm immediately after training with new manager Stewart Maxwell in the hot seat to answer questions.
Supporters are also welcome to come along and watch the Rabs squad being put through their paces by the new coaching staff.
Jamieson leaves East Fife for Newtongrange
Striker Sean Jamieson’s stay at East Fife was a short one as just 12 months after joining for the Fifers from Haddington Athletic he has returned to the junior ranks. The 23 year old has moved onto Newtongrange Star after just 5 starts and 1 goal for the New Bayview side.
Ross opts for Penicuik
Full back Greg Ross, who once held the record as the youngest ever Dunfermline player has joined Junior side Penicuik Athletic. The now 26 year old was only 17 when he made a goalscoring debut against Kilmarnock in 2004 and he went on to make over 100 appearances for the Pars before leaving to play in Iceland.
Ross returned to spend two seasons with his former Dunfermline boss Dick Campbell at Forfar before spending last summer at Stenhousemuir.
A move to Ayr during the summer broke down and he sign for Penicuik just hours after East Stirling head coach John Cough made a move after learning he was still available.
