Ardeer Thistle Sportsmans Dinner
Ardeer Thistle are hosting their Sportsmans Dinner of 2014 on Friday 29th August at Potters Function Suite, Boglemart Street, Stevenston with guest speakers Sandy Strang, Jim "Buller" Reid & Jimmy McGuire.
Sandy Strang - Winner of "Wag of the Year" in 2007 and "Wag of Wags" in 2009. Sandy is a vastly experienced after-dinner speaker, comedian, journalist and former cricketer who has had columns in several national daily & Sunday newspapers.
Jim "Buller" Reid - Cumnock legend Jim "Buller" Reid is another highly regarded speaker with many sportsmans & after-dinner events under his belt.
Jimmy McGuire - Jimmy is well known in local football circles having played for Kilmarnock and Stranraer amongst others during his playing career and there has never been a dull moment in his role as a guest speaker at previous club functions.
Individual tickets are £30 with discounts available for full tables of ten.
