Charity match on Friday
The North Region Junior FA have announced a charity match similar to the Community Shield that takes place in England.
The Jim McPherson Trophy, named after the former Assistant Secretary and Treasurer of the Association, will be between Superleague winners Hermes and the runners up of the North Regional Cup, Dyce Juniors and takes places on Friday 7th August at New Advocates Park.
The North Region Junior FA have pledged that all proceeds from the gate money and the sale of raffle tickets will go to the Archie Foundation.
The match kicks off at 7pm and entry is £5 for adults and £1 for children and OAP's.
