VICS SIGN DUO
George Grierson has swooped to sign two of his former players for Whitletts Victoria as the Club began their preparations for the new season.
The Vics Boss has signed 22 year old defender Darren McIntyre and 20 year old midfielder Paul Millar who both played under Grierson at Muirkirk and Saltcoats as he moves to strengthen his squad for life in the West Region Championship.
"Both Darren and Paul are very talented young footballers who have a big future ahead of them. They can both play in defence or in midfield and have an eye for goal. In fact Paul scored in both matches against Whitletts last season for Saltcoats."
"With more league matches next season we will need a larger squad to cover for injuries and suspensions and both Paul and Darren will be great additions to the squad."
